The system behind a Namibian business. One time zone away.

We build the part that answers, quotes, follows up and reports — the ninety seconds after an enquiry that decides whether a small business wins the job. This page is written for Namibia specifically: the same working hours, the payment rails you actually have, and the data rules that are coming.

Stated plainly

We are new to Namibia and we have no Namibian clients yet. We will not invent a portfolio, a Windhoek office or “years of experience across the country”. What we have is a working system, published pricing, free tools that need no account, and a written scope before any money changes hands. That is either enough or it is not — and we would rather you judge it on what is true.

Four things that are different about Namibia

Sourced and dated, so you can check each one. A supplier who describes your market from another country without a single local citation has not read it.

Same working hours

Windhoek and Gaborone are both UTC+2. There is no delivery gap, no overnight queue and no “your morning is our night” support window — which is most of what goes wrong when a business hires a supplier in another hemisphere.

Messaging is where the sale happens

DataReportal’s Digital 2025: Namibia (March 2025) reports 2.67 million mobile connections — 87.1% of the population — and 1.97 million internet users, 64.4%. Namibia’s own business press describes WhatsApp as where the real sale happens. Every system we build is designed around that, not around a desktop funnel.

Payments decide what is possible

Stripe and Square do not onboard Namibian merchants as of 2026 (provider market guides reviewed 2026-09-21 — always check the current supported-country list). Local routes are bank merchant accounts, PayToday, DPO Pay, PayGate and iVeri, with payment links and QR codes the newest option. We design around what a Namibian business can actually collect with, instead of discovering the problem after the build.

Data law is arriving — build as if it is already here

Namibia has no comprehensive data protection act in force. A Bill was tabled in Parliament (NAMPA, August 2025); The Namibian recorded in October 2025 that the country still relies on Article 13 of the Constitution and sector-specific rules. We build to BDPA, POPIA and GDPR-grade practice now, so the day the Act commences is a non-event for our clients rather than a retrofit.

What we actually build

  • Answer every enquiry within ninety seconds, at any hour, in the channel it arrived on — WhatsApp, email, form or call.
  • Ask the questions a price depends on, once, in order, so a quote does not take three days of voice notes.
  • Send the quote while the job is warm, then follow up twice without nagging.
  • Book the work, remind the client, and keep the calendar honest.
  • Report weekly on enquiries, quotes and jobs per channel — the numbers a bank or an accountant will accept.
  • Run on infrastructure the business owns, with the logins in the owner’s hands and no lock-in.

It is not for every business. If enquiries already arrive faster than you can answer them and every job is quoted the same day, the bottleneck is elsewhere — and a new website will not fix it.

What we will not claim

Namibian clients we do not have yet

We have not delivered in Namibia. There is no portfolio to show you, and any supplier who invents one for a country they have just entered is telling you something about how they sell.

A local office we do not have

We are in Gaborone. The time zone is the same, the distance is a WhatsApp call, and we would rather say that than pretend to a Windhoek address.

Outcomes we cannot control

Nobody can guarantee enquiries, sales or rankings, here or anywhere. We can promise scope, timing, and a measurement you can dispute with real numbers.

Photography, video or campaign design

That is craft, it is a different business, and Namibia has studios that do it well. We will happily work alongside whoever handles your content — and say so when that is what you need first.

Start with the free half — no account, no call

The business tools on this site run entirely in the browser and store on the device. They cost nothing, need no sign-in, upload nothing, and keep working once the page has loaded — which matters where data costs money.

Straight answers

Why would a Namibian business hire a firm in Botswana?+

For the same reason it hires anyone: the work. We are one time zone away, we invoice in a currency you can settle, the tools are free to try without a conversation, and the first thing we do is a written scope. If being next door matters more than the work, a Namibian supplier is the right call and we will say so.

How do payments work?+

We invoice for the work; you pay by bank transfer to a Namibia-friendly route, and we will not build you a checkout that cannot collect. Inside your own business, the money side is your existing setup — a bank merchant account, PayToday, DPO Pay or PayGate — and we make the workflow fit the rail you already have rather than the other way round.

Do we need a website before you can help?+

No. Most of the value is in what happens after an enquiry, and that runs on WhatsApp, email and the spreadsheet you already use. A site helps you get found; it is not a precondition.

What does it cost?+

We quote fixed scope before work starts, in writing, and we publish the shape of our tiers on the pricing page rather than hiding them behind a discovery call. If the honest answer is that you do not need the work yet, that is what the audit will say.

Will our data leave Namibia?+

Only if you decide it should, and never by default. The business tools on this site run in the browser and store on the device — nothing is uploaded. Where a workflow has to pass data between two services, we name each one before we build it, in writing.

What if we just want the free tools for now?+

That is a perfectly good outcome. The ops journal, the time-saved calculator, the invoice reminder and the quoting tool need no account and no card, and the site works offline once it has loaded. Use them, and talk to us only if a number looks wrong.

Fifteen minutes, and no pitch deck

Tell us where enquiries arrive and what happens next. If we are not the right supplier yet, the audit will say so and you will still have the free tools.
